Madele Dekker is the heart of the outfit - she cares (like Really) and is also our resident specialist all things training, development and B-BBEE.

Du Toit Orton is the brains of the outfit (he is also the guy that typed this). He is an Orginisational Psychologist who has a special interest in workplace law and orginisational behaviour.

So ... in 2020, over a glass of wine we realised that our different fields of expertise can be combined to create a holistic product offering in the HR market - one where we can integrate specialist fields in a generalist offering (consultant speak for you get more bang for your buck) and we then decided - why can't you have your cake and eat it too? The result - Re:Work, where we Re:Authored our narratives, after doing some Re:Search into what is going on in the labour landscape and Re:Storing relationships, Re:Naming problems and Re:Alising our Dream of a better world. We are not Superheroes (mainly because we do not own capes), but we are eager to make the world a better place.
